AG Delta and Catena Technologies Team Up to Deliver Basel II and Active Risk Management Solutions 20th April 2006 - AG Delta Pte Ltd and Catena Technologies Pte Ltd announced that they will work together to deliver Basel II and Active Risk Management Solutions. Catena Technologies will combine its enterprise integration and business process management (BPM) delivery capabilities with AG Delta's Trading and Enterprise Risk management consulting expertise to deploy solutions that both address Basel II compliance standards and actively control economic capital allocation based on risk adjusted returns at the transaction level.
